Susan takes a week off

Thankfully the doctor cautioned me to take a break from long distance running this weekend to give the Cipro a chance to do it's job, as well as to recover from the unfortunate flu-like symptoms that followed the flu shot, as well as a week of generalized burning the candle at both ends and sleep deprivation in general.
